The Firm comprises of Two partners - CA. Rajendra Kumar Goel , CA Garima Bansal. Our firm also consists of many employees.

The firm is engaged in the Audit, and also in Consultation & representation in company Law, Taxation, and financial Consultancy. The partners of the firm have varied experience in finance, business, industry and in profession. Partners also have experience of the audit of General Insurance Companies& Life Insurance Company.

CA. Rajendra Kumar Goel FCA, FCS, LLB, is founder and principal partner of the firm and has experience of 55years in profession. He is Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretary of India. Mr. Goel’s area of expertise includes strategic planning and business management, new industry setup, statutory and internal audit Direct & Indirect Taxes and Financial Planning. He has a vast experience in Steel, Power, Cement, Banking sector, PSU and Multinational company. During the last 45 years Mr. Goel has been guiding and leading the firm and has played a vital role in success of the firms growth and business. Mr. Goel has served many years in industries before holding Certificate of Practice in the field of Chartered Accountancy. He has also been the Board of Directors of a Nationalized Bank and some of the very reputed companies and renowned Non Governmental Organization.

CA. Garima Bansal FCA DISA (ICAI), has graduated from Delhi University and she is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her areas of expertise include Information Technology and other emerging areas of profession besides auditing and consultancy. She has helped various foreign companies and expats with their tax issue related to India. Mrs. Bansal has guided foreign companies set-up business in India. She is also a qualified Information System Auditor. She joined the firm in the year 1996 as partner and looks after the Business Consulting and Tax department of the firm. She has carried the partnership from RAJENDRA K. GOEL & CO. since 1996. Having more than 21 years of experience in the fields of Bank Audit, CAG Audit, Central Statutory Audit, Statuary Audits and other.
